476例羊水细胞培养技术的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的简化羊水细胞培养过程,提高羊水细胞培养的准确性。方法探索新的羊水细胞培养技术;建立收获标准及改良收获方法。结果 476例羊水细胞培养中,462例羊水细胞一次培养成功,一次培养成功率达到97％。失败的14 例,二次培养成功率达到100％。平均培养周期9-14d。结论通过改良羊水细胞培养方法,提高了羊水产前诊断水平。Objective： To simple the process of amnio -cell culture and add it＇s accuracy. Methods： To study the new technical methods and establish the standard of harvest. Results： There are 97% cases to be successful in the first culture among the 467 cases. The average culture period is 9 - 14 days. Conclusion： By improving the methods we increase the accuracy of amnio -cell culture.
