肾上腺性征综合征的临床影像诊断

摘　　要：目的评价肾上腺性征综合征的CT及MRI的影像学特点。方法分析总结4例由先天性肾上腺皮质增生引起的肾上腺性征综合征,手术及临床诊断为女性假两性畸形的CT及MRI表现。结果 4例患者CT及MRI检查结果均为双侧肾上腺扭曲、延长,呈特征性串珠样弥漫性增大,其中两例经手术及病理检查证实为肾上腺皮质增生,另外两例为临床及影像综合诊断结果。结论 CT及MRI在诊断肾上腺性征综合征中有重要诊断价值,但必须结合,临床表现及实验室检查, 包括染色体核型的测定,才可以做出正确诊断。Objective： To evaluate the CT and MRI imaging features ofadrengenital syndrome; Methods： The CT and MRI imaging findings in 4 cases of adrengenital syndrome, the clinical diagnosis is all the Female pseudohermaphroditism; Results： Thickening, prolongation and twist of bilateral adrenal glands was found in 4 cases, 2 cases was proved by the operation and pathology, the other 2 cases was clinical and imaging diagnosis; Conclusion： CT and MRI are useful method to diagnosis the adrengenital syndrome, but the correct must combine the clinical symptoms with loboratory examination.
