摘　　要：目的探讨虹膜识别的个体化切削治疗近视眼的疗效。方法对216例(384只眼)接受虹膜识别的个体化切削患者的临床疗效进行回顾性分析。结果经过随访知术后视力比最佳矫正视力提高一行的患者为82只眼(28.2%),平均夜视力为1.16±0.18。术后屈光度回退较慢,6个月时是0.09±0.33,患者满意率为95.8%(368眼)。结论Zyoptix波前引导准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术在矫正视力的同时可提高视觉质量。Objective To evaluate the clinical results of customized ablation with iris recognition surgery in the treatment of myopia.Methods 384 eyes underwent customized ablation with iris recognition,the clinical results between pupil center shift .visual acuity and postoperative uncorrected visual were compared after surgery.Results The eyes of pupil center shift were in 110, averaged night visual acuity was 1.16±0.18 in the customized ablation with iris recognition group.The postoperative refraction were slowerly failed （in sixth months, 0.09±0.33）.Conclusion Patients undergoing eustomized ablation with iris recognition treatment have better quality of vision.
