摘　　要：基于互联网技术、卫星通信技术和流媒体技术创建的新型远程教学系统,为构建终身学习型社会提供了有力支持。远程教学中信息传送系统是保证教学效果、实现教学信息可靠传送的关键环节。本文结合自行开发的清华大学远程教学播出系统,对构建高效能的现代远程教学系统进行了探讨。With the development of computer network technology, satellite communication and steaming transmitting , The modern distance education system supply the life- long learning society. The message transmission platform take a very important part in distance education. This thesis introduce the transmitting system in distance education of Tsinghua University , and discuss in how to construct an effective distance education system.
