表皮生长因子与膀胱肿瘤关系的探讨

摘　　要：采用放射免疫分析法测定了３５例正常人群和３０例膀胱肿瘤患者尿中表皮生长因子（ＥＧＦ）水平，结果显示：膀胱肿瘤患者尿中表皮生长因子水平明显低于正常人群，Ｐ＜０．０５。提示：ＥＧＦ参与膀胱肿瘤细胞的代谢，对肿瘤细胞的生长起促进作用，尿中ＥＧＦ水平降低可能与ＥＧＦ在膀胱肿瘤细胞内降解有关。The EGF Ievels of urine from 35 cases of normal human beings and 30 patientswithbbdder tumor were determined by radioimmunoassay.The EGF levels in urine from normalcontrols were higher than that from patients with bladder tumor.The difference was significant(P< 0.05).The result indicated that EGF tcok part in the metabolism of the bladder tumor andpromoted tumor growth.EGF might be discomposed in tumor cell and its level in urine was re-duced.
