Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型精神分裂症患者皮肤电活动和皮肤电反应不对称性差异

摘　　要：对３６例精神分裂症患者和３６名正常人双侧手掌皮肤电活动（ＥＤＡ）和皮肤电反应（ＥＤＲ）进行描记。其中患者根据Ａｎｄｒｅａｓｅｎ的分类标准分为Ⅰ型（１９例）和Ⅱ型（１７例）。结果显示，正常人尤论男性或女性，左右手ＥＤＡ和ＥＤＲ基本一致；Ⅰ型患者右手ＥＤＡ和ＥＤＲ幅值大于左手，这种不对弥性经药物治疗能恢复正常；Ⅱ型患者左手ＥＤＡ和ＥＤＲ幅值大于右手，这种不对称性不能被药物所逆转；患者组和对照组双侧ＥＤＲ潜伏朗均左、右对称。Bilateral electrodermal activities(EDA)and electrodermal responses(EDR)had beenexamined in 36 schizophreniacs and the same number of normal subjects.The pa-tients were classified into two groups:type I(n=19)and type Ⅱ(n=17),according to An-dreasen.The results were as follows.For normal subjects,EDA and EDR from both handsare essentially identical,i.e,they are symmetrical,In type I patients,the right hand EDAand EDR amplitued are distinctly greater than those from the left hand,and the asymnletrymight be returned to normal after drug treatment.In type Ⅱ,the left hand EDA and EDRamplitudes aredistinctly greater than those from the right hand,and the asymmetry couldhardly he rectified by drug treatment.The EDR latencies from both hand;in each group aresymmetrical.The study indicated that type I and type Ⅱschizophrenia might have differentpdthophyxiological basis.
