摘　　要：大学生严峻的心理健康状况强化了自卑心理及其危害程度。自卑已成为影响大学生身心发展之罪魁祸首。笔者分析了自卑心理产生的各种因素,以及自卑心理带给个体和社会的严重危害性,提出了克服自卑的几种方法。The serious situation of the mental health of college students has made their self- abasement stronger and more dangerous. Self- abasement has become the chief cause affecting the development of students＇ body and mind. The author has analyzed various causes of self - abasement and its harm to the students and the society and proposed some ways to overcome it.
