摘　　要：对邯钢三炼钢厂板坯连铸机结晶器国产化改造进行了分析。通过改造,达到预期的目标,一次拉钢量达到了8．3万t,结晶器经过简单调整后,铜板镀层一次拉钢量已达到12万t,产品质量显著提高,满足了生产工艺使用要求。This paper describes the modification for domestic production of caster mould in No. 3 Steelmaking Plant of Handan Steel. A good effect has been achieved. As a result, the casting productivity in one casting sequence has been increased from 83,000 tons to 120,000 tons with the coated mould copper plate, which can meet the requirement of the production process.
