228份临检标本细菌L型培养及回复的研究

摘　　要：本文报道２２８份临检标本细菌Ｌ型培养及回复研究结果：其中３６份标本未生长。１９２份标本培养出Ｌ型菌，１４份在保存过程中死亡。１７８份Ｌ型菌经传代回复，９５份为可回复性，以金黄色葡萄球菌（４９）和腊样芽胞杆菌（３７）为主，其它有绿脓杆菌（２），伤寒杆菌（２），真菌（３），枸缘酸杆菌属（１）和微球菌属（１）；余８３份Ｌ型菌不易回复。我们对可回复和不易回复菌进行了分析和探讨。This paper is reported the results which we study on culture and reversion ofbacterial L-form from 228 clinical samples. No any bacteriurn was grown from 36 clinicalsamples.The bacterial L-forms were grown from 192 saples,but 14 strains of these bacterialL-form were dead in process of preservation. With the cultured generation 178 cases of bac-terial L-form were reverted.95 cases of them were revertable,the reverted bacteria were ma-jor Staphylococcus aureus(47 strains)and Bacillus cereus(37strians),other bacteria werePseudomonas aeruginosa(2),Salmonella typhi(2),Fungus(3),Citrobacter(1)and Microccus(1).But other 83 cases of the bacterial L-form were not easy to reversion.We also analyseand probe on the bacterial L-form of revertible and not easy to reversion.
