摘 要:为了解小麦多子房性状的遗传特性,为多子房性状在小麦高产育种及杂种小麦选育中的应用提供科学依据,将多子房小麦品系多Ⅱ分别与4个普通小麦正反杂交,F1自交并与单子房普通小麦回交得到F2和BC1群体。结果表明,F1全为多子房植株,F2分离,且多子房植株与单子房植株分离比例适合于3∶l;BC1分离,其多子房植株与单子房植株分离比例适合于1∶1,说明供试小麦多Ⅱ的多子房性状是由1对显性核基因控制的。For finding out genetic aspects of wheat multi-ovary character, and offering scientific basis in application of multi-ovary character to high-yield breeding and heterosis, one multi-ovary wheat was reciprocal crossed with 4 common wheat, and F2 and BC1 generation were obtained by FI plant self-polhinatation and from the backcrosses of F1 with the mono-ovary wheat as male parent respectively. All F1 plant were muki-ovary, the ratio of multi-ovary individuals to mono-ovary individuals in F2 was 3 : 1; the ratio of multi-ovary individuals to mono-ovary individuals in BC1 was 1 : 1. The results showed that the multi-ovary character of wheat Duo Ⅱ was controlled by one dominant nuclear gene.
