泪腺多形性腺瘤转铁蛋白受体表达与DNA含量的关系

摘　　要：应用免疫组化及计算机图象分析技术测定泪腺多形性腺瘤转铁蛋白受体表达和细胞核DNA 含量,结果32例肿瘤中8例转铁蛋白受体表达阳性。部分肿瘤 DNA 含量增加,倍体分布类型呈双峰及多峰分布。转铁蛋白受体表达与肿瘤细胞 DNA 含量倍体分布类型明显相关,在转铁蛋白受体表达的肿瘤,DNA 含量倍体分布类型主要为双峰及多峰,提示转铁蛋白受体表达与肿瘤细胞的增殖活性有关。Expression of transferrin receptor was examined by means of an immunohistochemical method and DNA cytometry in tumor cells was assayed by image analysis technique in 32 cases with pleomorphic ade- noma of lacrimal gland.Transferrin receptor was positive in 8.The DNA content of some tumors was increased,the DNA distribution pattern showed two or several peaks,good correlation has been found between DNA distribution pattern and the expression of transferrin receptor,and the DNA distribution pattern of tumors with the expression of transferrin receptor showed mainly two or several peaks.It maybe suggest that expression of transferrin receptor be related to the proliferative nature of the tumor.
