对2925例复印病案原因的统计分析思考

摘　　要：目的提高病案信息开发应用的深度及广度,更好地做好病案社会化服务及管理。方法对2002～2004年2925例复印病案申请表统计、核对,通过《广东省医院统计病案管理系统》软件调出所有复印病案的资料,输出到Excel进行统计分析。结果复印病案的病人来源多为本市及郊区,外科及内科住院病人为主,以35～45年龄段最多,疾病以损伤和中毒为首位,肿瘤次之;复印申请者以保险部门为多,其次为患者或家属。结论随着社会的发展,人们对健康更为关注,法律意识增强,病案信息更显得重要,为了让病案信息能最大限度地为社会各界服务,应重视病案质量,加强病案管理,确保病案资料的价值。Objective To enhance the exploitation and application of medical record and improve the management of the socialization of medical record. Methods Looking through 2 925 medical record duplications, by HSHRMIS （Guangdong Province Hospital Statistics ＆ Heath Record MIS）, display all details of these applications. Then output the files to Excel for statistical analysis. Results The patients that apply for medical record copies are mostly native inhabitants, most of them were in surgical ward and medical ward, their ages were from 35 to 45 years old. The primary illnesses are trauma and toxicosis, the second is tumour. The main side who apply to duplicate medical records are insurance companies, the second one are patients or their relations. Conclusion Along with the development of the society, people will care for more on their health, and the law consciousness is building up. Thus, the information of medical record is more and more important. In order to make medical record serve the society better, we should pay more attention on the quality of medical record, improve its management, and insure the value of medical record, materials.
