摘　　要：分析了旋转货架的特点、工作方式和优化思路,设计了某自动化立体仓库的分层旋转货架PLC控制系统。针对货物拣选时间的不确定性和旋转货架控制灵活的特点,给出了拣选作业的动态优化算法。实践表明,该控制系统稳定可靠,采用动态优化算法后能有效提高系统的工作效率。After analyzing the characters, workings and optimal thought of the multi-carousel, a carousel control system is designed using PLC in an automated warehouse. According to the uncertainty of picking time and control agility of automated warehouse, we give the dynamic optimal algorithm of order-picking work. Result from practice shows it is robust and stable. The work efficiency is advanced by using the dynamic optimal algorithms.
