摘　　要：目的:探讨硬性透气性角膜接触镜(rigidgasperme-ablecontactlens,RGP)矫正复杂的无晶状体眼的效果和安全性。方法:2002-07/2005-06合并眼部其他异常的复杂的无晶状体眼病例22例23眼在本院采用验配RGP作视力矫正。结果:所有患者均一次验配成功。配戴RGP的矫正视力明显好于框架眼镜矫正视力,视力稳定。除1例诉复视外,21例患者无双眼视障碍的症状,无严重并发症发生。结论:RGP矫正复杂的无晶状体眼是安全有效的。AIM： To evaluate the clinical results and security of rigid gas permeable contact lens （RGP） on complicated aphakic eyes. METHODS： Twenty-three eyes of twenty-two patients were studied retrospectively. The clinical data, corrective visual acuity and follow-up records were analyzed. RESULTS： RGP lens could provide a significant improvement in visual acuity compared with spectacle correction for patients. One patient complained diplopia, and the other 21 patients did not complained any symptoms according to binocular disorders. No cases of severity complication were found. CONCLUSION： RGP is safe and effective for correcting complicated aphakic eyes.
