摘　　要：目的:通过对海洋石油渤海地区VDT作业人员视疲劳情况的调查,发现导致视疲劳的因素,提供有效的预防方法。方法:门诊就诊患者调查和各单位VDT作业人员随机问卷调查两种方式进行,共调查VDT作业人员1382例。结果:VDT作业人员随年龄增长、工作时间延长、患屈光不正等发生视疲劳的几率增大。结论:VDT作业环境、时间和人员用眼卫生、心理卫生等是视疲劳发生的重要因素,改善这些条件也是预防的关键。AIM： To seek the causes of asthenopia through asthenopia status investigation among people working at visual display terminal（VDT）in the region of Bohai Offshore Oil Corp and to provide effective prevention methods. METHODS： Investigations were carried out among our outpatients and people working at VDT of every subsidiary of Bohai Offshore Oil Corp through random diagnosis and questionnaire respectively, Totally 1 382 people were investigated. RESULTS： For people working at VDT, the occurrence of asthenopia increased with age, working time extension and ametropia. CONCLUSION： Working environment, working time extension, personal eye hygiene and mental health are the important factors causing asthenopia, and it is the key to prevent asthenopia to improve these conditions.
