摘  要:铜箔是生产锂离子电池的关键材料之一,其品质的优劣直接影响到锂离子电池的制作工艺和综合性能。文章总结了铜箔在锂离子电池中应用的发展过程。分析了电解铜箔的抗拉强度、延伸性、致密性、表面粗糙度、厚度均匀性及外观质量等对锂离子电池负极电极制作工艺和电池性能的影响。提出了今后我国锂离子电池用高性能电解铜箔向强度高、缺陷少、表面粗糙度低、延展好、厚度δ≤10μm等方向发展。Copper foil is one of the key materials in the Li-ion battery production. The historical development of copper foil is reviewed. The effects of tensile strength, elongation, surface coarseness, density degree, thickness uniformity, and surface quality of electrodeposited copper foil on the processes of anode electrode and properties of battery are analyzed. The developing trends of electrodeposited copper foil used in the Li-ion battery production are put forward, which are high strength, few defect, good elongation, low surface coarseness and thickness less than 10μm, etc.
