摘　　要：通过对山东省高校教练员队伍基本情况的调查和分析,指出了加强高校教练员队伍建设、建立教练员岗位培训制度、提高教练员专业素质应引起各主管部门的重视。旨在为进一步优化高校教练员队伍,提高山东省高校体育竞技水平提供参考。Throngh the investigation and analysis of basic circumstances of coaches of institutions of higher learning in Shandong province,it puts forward to strengthen the development of coaches of institutions of higher learning,produces training system for posts of the coaches,improves their professional quality so that this ought to lead to all the departments seriously. In order to make the coaches of institutions of higher learning much better, it provides reference for improving sports levels of instituions of higher learning in Shandong province.
