摘 要:通过对重庆市生态环境质量与生态安全的综合评价,确立了重庆市生态安全评价与监测预警机制的理论与指标体系,探索出了重庆市生态安全监测预警系统建设的有效途径。以此为基础,根据重庆市区域社会经济、生态环境及生态功能特征指标的异同,按照气候与地貌特征的一致性,对重庆市生态功能区进行了划分。具体化分为:4个一级区,7个二级区、13个三级区。这对重庆市生态环境保护、生态建设、工农业生产布局及生态安全监测预警具有十分重要的理论意义和实践价值。A comprehensive evah,ation was made of the ecological environments and ecological safety of Chongqing, a theoretical and index system was established for the evaluation and monitoring mechanisms for the region, and the effective approach was explored for the construction of a monitoring and early warning system. Based on the results, a division was made of the ecological-functional zones of Chongqing according to the similarity or difference in the socio-economie development and the indexes of ecological environment and ecological function of the region, and to the consistency of its climatic and topographical features, i.e. 4 first-class zones, 7 second-class zones and 13 third-class zones. These resuhs are of great theoretical and practical significance to ecological environment protection, ecological construction, reasonable lay-out of industrial and agricuhural production, and the monitoring and early warning of ecological safety in Chongqing.
