摘　　要：对圆筒形纯化反应器的等离子体鞘层进行了动力学分析,得出了鞘区内离子速度的分布函数和不同位置上的离子平均动能。理论计算结果与实验数据吻合较好,对理论和实验工作方面都具有一定的指导意义。The sheath kinematics analyses in cylinder chamber for particulate purity are carried out.
