毛细管区带电泳分离测定胡黄连中的肉桂酸

摘　　要：利用毛细管区带电泳对中草药胡黄连中的肉桂酸进行了分离和测定:重力进样,进样高度为15cm,进样时间30s,弹性石英毛细管内径75μm,总长60cm,有效分离长度42cm,分离电压-18kv,在50mmol/L,pH=8的硼砂缓冲溶液中加入0.5mmol/L的十六烷基三甲基溴化铵作为电渗流改性剂,以30%(V/V)的乙醇水溶液为溶剂,以苯甲酸为内标物采用内标定量。分离效果良好,测定结果较为理想。Cinnamic acid in medicinal herb rhizoma picrorhizae was separated and determined by eapiUary zone electrophoresis with benzoic acid as the internal standard. The separation and determination conditions were as follows： gravitation sampling, the height is 15cm, the time is 30 sec; running voltage is -18kv; bouncy silica ; 75 μm i. d. , total length 60 era, 42 cm from the inlet to UV detection; electrolyte： 50 mmol/L sodium tetraborate and 0.5 mmol/L cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, pH=8, solvent is 30% （V/V） ethyl alcohol and water. The result proved to be satisfactory.
