摘　　要：【目的】探讨轻度铅中毒对儿童注意力及行为的影响,为临床防治提供参考依据。【方法】用Rutter行为量表、多动-注意力障碍诊断标准及视觉诱发电位分别对86例轻度铅中毒和33例对照组儿童进行测试。【结果】轻度铅中毒组儿童发生行为异常及多动-注意力障碍明显高于对照组(P均<0.01),且以攻击性行为和注意力缺乏型为多见。【结论】轻度铅中毒可引起行为问题,应尽早采取防治措施。[Objectives] To study effect of light lead poisoning on behaviors and attention of children. [Methods] 86 children with light lead poisoning and 33 normal children were assessed by using the Rutter＇s Child Behavior Scale and the scale of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder（ADHD）. All children were examined with Flash Visual Evoked Potential（FVEP）. [Results] The Rate of abnormal behaviors and ADHD of children with light lead poisoning were higher than those of normal children. Most of children with light lead poisoning had symptoms of anti-social score and attention deficit score. [Conclusion] Light lead poisoning may cause behavioral problems of children,Intervenent measure must he adopted to prevent.
