摘　　要：目的探讨科研型团队建设,促进临床护士科研能力、护士整体素质、护理质量的提升。方法提高护士学历层次,激发护士的学习热情,增强其科研意识,使科研与临床护理相结合,坚持科研创新。结果护士整体素质提高,科研能力、护理服务质量、科研成果与论文撰写和刊登数量逐步上升。结论实施科研型团队建设,有利于护士综合能力的提高,促进护理质量的提高。Objectives To explore the construction of research - oriented nursing team,in order to promote the ability of nurses＇ scientific research,their integrated diathesis,and the quality of nursing. Methods The following actions were carried out,such as improving nurses＇ educational level,motivating their learning enthusiasm, enforcing their research -oriented consciousness,combined the nursing research with clinical nursing closely, and advocating innovation in nursing research, Results As a result, the overall quality of nurses,their ability of scientific research and quality of nursing got improved. Moreover,the number of research papers and published papers increased gradually. Conclusion The construction of research - oriented team was beneficial for the improvement of nurses＇ integrated diathesis and the quality of nursing,
