改良反式Twin-block矫治前牙反的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：评价应用改良反式Twin-block治疗AngleⅢ类前牙反（牙合）的临床疗效。方法：应用改良反式Twin—block矫治前牙反（牙合）8例，对治疗前后临床表现及X线头影测量进行分析。结果：经过4-6个月的治疗，患者侧貌外形明显改善，反覆盖、反覆（牙合）得以纠正。结论：改良反式Twin-block是矫治功能性前牙反（牙合）的有效装置。Objective： To evaluate the curative effects of modified reverse Twin-block appliance （TBA） on early Angle Ⅲ anterior croSsbite treatment. Method： Modified reverse Twin-block appliance was used on 8 early Angle Ⅲ malocclusion and clinical character and X-ray cephalornetry before and after treatment was compared. Result：After 4--6 months treatment, the appearance and profile was improve obviously. The overjet and overbite became normal. Conclusion： It indicates that the functional anterior erossbite can he corrected successfully with modified reverse Twin-brock appliance.
