Clinical evaluation for immediate loading on anterior implants by one stage

摘　　要：目的：依据即刻加载种植理论，对一期法种植前牙进行早期、永久性冠修复。方法：CDIC锥状螺旋种植体和叶状种植体植入前牙缺失区，术后1周内完成釉质瓷或金属烤瓷冠修复。结果：42个前牙种植体随访0．5～2年，临床成功率95％。结论：前牙CDIC种植术后，在无殆创伤条件下，可不经临时义齿过渡期，而直接进行早期、永久性冠修复，此方法可缩短修复周期，节省治疗费用，有利于保持牙槽嵴高度，并及时满足患者美观要求。Objective：According to principle of immediate loading implatation, permanent crowns were restorated for superstructures of anterior implants, after a short period （3-4 d） of operation. Method： CDIC one-stage implants were used for missing anterior teeth. Belle-glass or metal porcelain crowns were restorated within one-week operation. Result： After 0.5-2 years follow-up, sucecss rate was about 95% in 42 implant cases. The clinic examinations include implant stability, G1, x-ray and crown structure. Conclusion-Without occlusal injury, temporary denture can be replaced by early, permanent crown, this new restorative treatment have many advandages： Saving time and cost, keeping alveolar heigh and width, and satisfying esthetic demand.
