摘 要:利用MonteCarlo技术与χ2检验,模拟和检验某型坦克传动箱主动齿轮接触应力与接触疲劳强度分布规律,表明接触应力服从正态分布,接触疲劳强度服从三参数威布尔分布。基于应力、强度分布规律的模拟结果,进一步由MonteCarlo方法模拟得到齿轮接触疲劳可靠度在0.99以上。MonteCarlo模拟计算精度取决于模拟次数,当模拟次数达到104时,可靠度的模拟误差小于10-3。对随机参数的敏感性分析表明,影响接触疲劳可靠度的最主要的参数是节点区域系数ZH和材料的疲劳极限应力σHlim。提高齿轮加工精度和选用疲劳极限应力σHlim较高的材料都会有利于提高坦克传动箱主动齿轮的接触疲劳可靠性。Monte Carlo numerical simulation technology and X^2-type goodness-of-fit test method are adopted to simulate and test the distribution laws of the contact stress and the contact fatigue strength of the driving gear of the tank transmission box, which indicates that the contact stress obeys the normal distribution and the contact fatigue strength obeys the three-parameter Weibull distribution. Based on the distribution laws got above, Monte Carlo numerical simulation technology is again used to simulate the contact fatigue reliability of the tank gear, and the reliability value is found to be more than 0.99. The precision of the Monte Carlo numerical simulation depends on the simulation times. When the simulation times is more than 10 000, the error of the reliability value simulated is less than 0. 001. From the sensibility analysis for the stochastic parameters, it is found that the pitch region coefficient Zn and the fatigue limit stress σHlim of the gear material are the main parameters which influence the contact fatigue reliability of tank gear. For the design of the tank gear, a suggestion is made that high precision of gear process and high fatigue limit stress of material can both help to improve the contact fatigue reliability of the driving gear of the tank transmission box.
