摘　　要：将网络技术引入医疗、保健、预防、临床领域,发挥其便捷、灵活、互动的功能,必将给校园医疗保健带来无穷的活力。电子健康档案可使教职工和大学生们随时了解自己的健康状况、学习医学科普知识,方便被保健人寻医问药,同时让其充当平台将医疗工作延伸到医院以外。电子健康档案在心理咨询、性保健方面有其独特优势,能更好地促进医患交流,充分利用医疗资源。It will bring great vigor to the medical care on campus with the introduction of internet technology in medical treatment, health care, disease prevention and clinical field. Electronic Medical Records （EMR） could enable the staff and students to be informed of their physical conditions, get the general knowledge about medical science and get the help when they are down to illness. At the same time, it could also extend the work of the medical care outside the campus. EMR, which can promote the exchanges between the surgeons and patients and make good use of medical resources, has its advantages in psychological consultancy and sex care.
