摘　　要：基础教育价格是指基础教育的受教育者在一定时期内购买基础教育服务所支付的全部资金的总和,基础教育价格是其内在价值的货币表现,是基础教育活动中投入与产出等式的经济表现形式。它对教育活动中的各方利益起着重要的经济调节作用,有助于连接供求双方与利益转换,使基础教育活动持续地发展下去。基础教育的定价方法有成分研究法、理解价值定价、需求差异定价、竞争导向定价。根据获益原则,在基础教育阶段,政府应尽可能全额支付购买基础教育的费用,即基础教育价格;而该价格之外的费用,由家长分担。The price of basic education refers to the aggregate fund paid by educated for the basic education in a specific period, It is the monetary reflection of the internal value and the economic reflection of input and output in basic education. Maintaining the development of basic education, it regulates benefits of participants in basic education economically and contributes to connecting beneficial exchange between suppliers and demanders. The fixing of the price of basic education includes that according to the studying of components, the understanding of values, the difference between supply and demand and the competition-oriented fixing. In accordance with the principle of profits, governments are due to pay the aggregate cost of basic education, that is, the price of basic education. However, parents will share the rest of it.
