摘　　要：近年来,金融系统犯罪案件时有发生,形势较为严峻,亟待采取有效措施加以防范。金融犯罪的法律控制是一项系统工程,包括体制预防、立法预防、综合预防等。防范金融犯罪的对策包括强化金融系统内部的安全管理,加强金融监管工作的法制化、制度化建设,做好相关的刑事司法工作。At present, financial crimes in our country become increasingly intense,which causes great economical loss,destroy the normal financial order, threatens the healthy development of the finance industry and affects the perfection of the market economy.So it is necessary to study its characteristics and analyse its causes to find feasible counter-measures to prevent and control such kind of crimes.
