摘　　要：全球商品链的内在动力机制、外部结构均衡与传统垂直一体化模式具有很大的不同。本文通过对这种准企业内组织各利益主体既相容又排他性两个方面的总体关系特征以及市场条件的啮合性分析,探讨其特征关系所决定的内在动力机制及其与外部市场和产业结构的均衡关系。There is much difference in dynamics and structure＇mechanism of equilibrium to compare global commodity chains mode with standard vertical integration mode. This paper based on the analysis of the mode of global commodity chains,its characteristics,and its network relationship between internal and market,then gives a comprehensive analysis to its dynamics. Finally,this paper make an analysis of its structure＇ mechanism of equilibrium.
