比塔派克斯糊剂用于修复磨牙髓室底穿孔的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨磨牙髓室底穿孔保存治疗的方法,评价比塔派克斯(V itapex)糊剂作为髓室底穿孔修复材料的疗效。方法选择磨牙髓室底穿孔的患者92例,患牙96颗,随机分为三组,V itapex糊剂组(V组)、氢氧化钙糊剂组(CH组)和玻璃离子水门汀组(GC组),V组和CH组先分别采用V itapex糊剂和氢氧化钙(CH)糊剂覆盖髓室底穿孔,再用玻璃离子水门汀(GC)垫底,GC组直接采用玻璃离子水门汀垫底,定期观察临床疗效。结果V组治疗成功率明显高于CH组和GC组,三组间临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论V itapex糊剂可作为一种优良的修复髓室底穿孔的材料,在磨牙髓室底穿孔的保存治疗中,能获得较好的疗效。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects on three materials repairing perforation of molar pulp floor. Methods Ninty - six teeth were divided into three groups randomly. Vitapex paste and CH were filled into the perforation of pulp floor in observed groups, and in control group, glass ionomer cement （ GC ） was placed. The results were evaluated by clinical test and radiology after 1 year. Results Ther clinical effect of V group shows significantly better than that of CH group and GC group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Vitapex paste is a good material for repairing perforation of pulp floor.
