肺腺癌survivin表达与紫杉醇化疗疗效的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨抗凋亡蛋白survivin在肺腺癌组织中的表达及其与紫杉醇(PTX)化疗疗效的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法,对40例接受PTX化疗的肺腺癌患者survivin表达水平进行检测,分析其与PTX化疗疗效的关系。结果survivin在肺腺癌患者阳性率为65%(26/40);survivin表达阳性率在化疗有效组(CR 4例,PR 6例)、稳定组(23例)、进展组(7例)分别为50.0%(5/10)、65.2%(15/23)、85.7%(6/7),有效组与进展组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05);survivin阳性组化疗有效率为12.0%(3/25),明显低于survivin表达阴性组46.7%(7/15)(P<0.05)。结论survivin表达水平与PTX对肺腺癌化疗疗效呈显著负相关,survivin高表达者PTX化疗效果差,survivin可能作为一项预测PTX疗效、筛选肺腺癌化疗药物、指导制定合理治疗方案的新指标。Objective To study the correlation between chemosensitivity of Pacilitaxel and the expression levels of anti-apoptotic protein survivin in lung adenocarcinoma tissues. Methods The expressions of survivin in 40 samples of human lung adenocareinoma with Paeilitaxel chemotherapy were detected by the immunohistochemical staining, and the results were related to chemosensitivity of Pacilitaxel Result The positive expression rate of survivin was 65% （26/40）; the expression of survivin was 50.0% （5/10） in remission group（CR 3 cases, PR 7 cases）,65.2% （15/23） in stable group （3 cases） and 85.7% （6/7） in progressive group （7 cases） respectively. There-was a statistical significance in expression of survivin between the remission and progressive groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was a statistical significance in remission rate between negative survivin （ 12.0 % ） and positive survivin （46.7%） group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The survivin expression was negatively related to the sensitivity of human lung adenocarcinoma cells to Pacilitaxel. The survivin might be a valuable new marker in selecting chemical drugs, guiding the plan of rational therapeutic scheme in human lung adenocarcinoma.
