摘  要:提出了牙嵌式三维接口线切割轨迹的数学放样方法。在AutoCAD软件环境下,建立卡环的几何模型,用三视图和画法几何方法优化线切割平面,用电脑扫描的方法测量线切割平面的位置和角度尺寸。研究表明:对于Ф420mm卡环,保证完全根切、不留残余根高的线切割平面PI最大偏角是35°,清根距离为3.25mm;保证上爪强度的最大偏角是24°,清根距离为3.69mm;线切割平面P1的偏角应在24°~35°之间。数学放样满足了加工要求。A mathematical layout method was developed to obtain the track of WEDM in processing the three dimensional cut. The geometry of the ring was modeled and the sections formed by WEDM were positioned and optimized by means of such methods as three basic views-and descriptive geometry based on AutoCAD. The linear and angle dimension used for WEDM were obtained by the use of computer scanning function. The results show that the maximum angle of section P1 formed by WEDM on the 4420 mm type ring is 35°, the moving distance on another upright direction is 3.25 mm for cutting the rest part of another section P2 to obtain a perfect one. Then, the angle of section P1 is 24° and the moving distance of Mo wire is 3.69 mm to get a tooth with low limit intensity. In addition, the angle of section P1 should be recommended between 24°and 35°. THe mathematical layout is acceptable in WEDM.
