摘  要:目的:研究活血止痛胶囊中胶体磨包合冰片的最佳工艺。方法:用正交试验设计法,以包合物中龙脑的含量、龙脑的利用率和综合评分为指标,研究物料比例、碾磨时间及加水量对使用胶体磨制备冰片β-环糊精包合物效果的影响。结果:优化工艺为:物料比例(mol∶mol)1∶1,碾磨时间40 m in,加水2倍量。结论:经实验优选得到的工艺具有较高的包合率,并且包合时间短、能耗低,使用胶体磨制备冰片β-环糊精包合物合理可行,适用于工业生产。Objective: To study the optimum inclusion process of clolloid mill for borneolumsyntheticum from Huoxuezhitong Capsules. Methods: The study was carried out with orthogonal design. The borneol content in inclusion complex, the utilization ratio of bomeol, and synthesis grading were used as evaluating indicator to review the effects of 3 factors, including the proportion of borneolumsyntheticum to β-cyelodextrin (mol: mol), milling time and water addition. Results: The optimum process were borneolumsyntheticum: β-cyclodextrin was 1: 1, the milling time was 40min, water addition was double. Conclusion: The optimum process is feasible, and fit for industrial production, with the advantage of high utilization ratio, shot time and low energy consumption.
