摘　　要：本文采用实证研究的方法,分析了我国上市公司ISO14000认证对企业出口收入的贡献。研究结果表明:通过ISO14000认证的企业,可以取得相对于同行业的出口收入超常增长率和相对于未通过认证的配对公司出口收入超常增长率;随着时间的推移,外方股东因素对通过认证企业取得出口收入超常增长率有显著为正的影响。Based on empirical research approach, this article provides evidence on the contribution of ISO14000 registration to the export revenue of listed companies. The main findings are as foUows： enterprises which have passed the ISO14000 registration can get abnormal export revenue growth rate compared with the same industry and with the enterprises which havent passed the registration. With the time gone, the factor of foreign owners has positive effect on the abnormal export revenue growth rate of the enterprises that have passed the ISO14000 registration.
