摘　　要：安全管理要结合煤矿实际,以加强地点管理为基础,突出“以人为本、重在管理”的安全理念,根据事故地点规律,加强现场管理;细化量化各级各类人员的安全工作目标、工作责任和工作标准,巩固和提高生产现场安全管理;突出安全培训教育和安全文化建设,适度加大安全质量标准化基础投入,整体提高安全管理水平。Security management should combine the fact of coal mine, form the foundation with enforcing site s supervision, emphases the security logos- respecting others and paying attention to management, according to the law of accident area, strengthen field management; quantify the security working object, working duty and working standard of all levels of persons; extrude security training education and security culture construction, increase moderately the input of safe mass standard foundation, enhance the whole management level.
