p53、bcl-2和c-erbB-2在恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的检测62例恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中p53、bcl-2和c-erbB-2的表达情况以探讨三种基因对恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤的早期诊断及预后判断的意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测p53b、cl-2 and c-erbB-2在恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达及其与组织学分类,临床分期,腹水,淋巴结转移预后的关系。结果恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤在p53、bcl-2 and c-erbB-2的表达阳性率分别52.23%,62.90%和45.16%与卵巢瘤组和正常组之间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)在晚期卵巢癌,腹水细胞阳性,有淋巴结转移组中p53、bcl-2 and c-erbB-2的表达阳性率显著增高组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。而其表达率与组织学类型无关(P>0.05)。结论p53b、cl-2 and c-erbB-2多个基因表达提示恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤预后差,p53、bcl-2和c-erbB-2的多个基因表达的预后判断明显优于其中某个单基因的表达监测。Objective To investigate the expression of p53, bcl-2 and c-erbB-2 in 62 eases of epithelial ovarian tumor were stud- ied in early diagnosis and prognosis.Methods p53,bcl-2 and o-erbB-2 expression were examined immunohistochemieally in 74 cases. Results Positive immunostaining for p53, bcl-2 and c-erbB-2 were 52.23% ,62.90% and 45.16% That were significantly higher than that in negative patients. Positive immunostaining for p53, bcl-2 and c-erbB-2 were observed more higher in lated stage of disease, patients with positive asdtie cytology and patients with lymphnode involvement（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The polygene overexpression significantly indicated that epithelial ovarian tumor, determination of overexpression of p53, bcl-2 and c-erhB-2 simultaneously was superior to that of one in evaluating the prognosis of bcl-2 和 c-erbB-2.
