带血管神经蒂的下前锯肌皮瓣移植17例

摘　　要：目的：介绍下前锯肌皮瓣的应用解剖和临床应用。方法：在尸检和活体观察的基础上总结下前锯肌皮瓣的解剖特点，并应用于临床修复四肢软组织缺损和重建肌动力１７例。结果：此肌皮瓣特点为：解剖恒定，易于切取；血管蒂长，血管管径粗，便于操作；有伴行运动神经支，可同时重建运动功能；供区隐蔽，不影响外观及功能。临床应用效果良好。结论：此方法为修复肢体中小面积的缺损和指功能重建提供了一种新方法。Objective:To introduce the applied anatomy and practice of the lower serratus anterior muscle myocutaneous flap.Methods:cadaver dissection and observation on the body were performed to sum up the features of the myocutaneous flap and it was used to repair soft tissue defects or reconstruct muscular force of 17 extremities.Results:The advantages of the flap are:the anatomical region is consistantly,and easy to excise,the long and the wide vascular pedicle is convenient to operate,the collateral motor nerve branch can be used to reconstruct function simullaneously,good donor site appearance with minimal functional loss, A good result has been obtained.Conclusions:the procedure may be a new method for extremity reconstruction,especially for the small to medium defects and fingers function.
