海南省“视觉第一中国行动”四年总结报告

摘　　要：目的总结1998—2001年,海南省“视觉第一中国行动”的医疗队和手术情况。方法按中残联项目办有关规定,组织国家医疗队、对口医疗和省医疗队,用项目办供给的设备、器械、用品等,按“视觉第一中国行动”规定的操作规程完成手术。结果每年医疗队均用一个月时间完成手术任务。四年共完成复明手术4625眼。其中男1690眼占36.54%;女2935眼占63.46%。右眼2429眼占52.52%;左眼2196眼占47.46%。植入人工晶体4479眼占96.84%;未植入人工晶体146眼占3.16%。矫正视力低于0.05未达到脱盲标准的158眼占3.42%;0.05-0.3达脱盲但未达到脱残标准的958眼占20.71%;0.3以上达脱残标准的3509眼占75.87%。结论“视觉第一中国行动”可使大批白内障患者重见光明。Objection Sum up the sirution of the medical team and the effect of cataract operation ＂Sight First China Active＂in Hainan Province from 1998-2001, Methods According to the operation specifications of the ＂Sight First China Action＂, to organize the national team the general medical team and the local provincial medical team to do the cataract operation, with the equipments and appliances provided by the Joint Program Office. Results Each year the medical teams spent one month to do the operations. Which totaled 4625 eyes during the four years, Male were. 1690 eyes（36.54%） and female 2935 eyes（63.46%）, right eye 2429（52.52%） and left eye 2196 eases （47.46%）, There were 4479 eyes with IOL （96.84%） and 146 eyes without IOL （3.16%）, There were 158 eyes （3.42%） which had lower corrected vision than 0,05 and did not break away from blindness, 958 eyes（20.71%） which had 0,05-0.3 corrected vision and were free from blindness but deformity. 3509 eyes（75.87%） which had higher corrected vision than 0.3 and broke broke from deformity, Conclusions ＂Sight First China Action＂ made lots of cataraet-blmded patients recover their sight.
