摘  要:随着我国数控机床的发展,研制出数控管子专用加工车床,石油专用管的生产也由原来的普通油管加工车床改为数控油管加工车床。本文从程序编制入手,分析了编程环节、工艺制定与现场设备三者相结合的重要性,强调工艺的合理性,从而编制出更合理的加工程序,达到提高加工工效的目的。With the development of numerically controlled machines in our nation, numerically controlled lathes for machining tubings were developed. Oil tubing pipes were manufactured by numerically controlled lathes. The importance of combining the programming, the technological constitution and the equipment was discussed. The rationality of technique was emphasized. So the machining program is more rational and the machining efficiency is raised.
