摘　　要：目的分析鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔造口术临床疗效及优点。方法对19例（21眼）慢性泪囊炎患者行鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔造口术。结果随访6—12个月，19例（21眼）患者术后未出现溢泪、溢脓，取得良好治疗效果。结论鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔造口术比鼻外法行泪囊鼻腔吻合术术式更为合理。Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect and its advantage for treatment on chronic dacryocystitis with nasal endoscope. Methods 19 cases （21 eyes） of chronic dacryocystitis were underwent the operation of nasal endoscope. Results The good curative effect was obtained after 6 - 12 months without pest operative epiphora and pyorrhea. Conclusion It might be more reasonable than the extranasal operation to treat chronic dacryocystitis.
