摘　　要：目的 比较不同术式白内障摘除对角膜内皮细胞的影响程度．方法 本组25例（36只眼），年龄55-84岁白内障患者，施行白内障囊外摘除和超声乳化白内障摘除术联合人工晶体植入术。于术前及术后2周内对术眼的角膜内皮细胞数、细胞密度及六角形细胞比例进行对比分析．结果 两种术式角膜内皮细胞数、细胞密度及六角形细胞比例均发生不同程度的降低．结论 术前对角膜内皮细胞的了解对手术后角膜水肿的估计及在手术中可能采取的必要措施具有很重要的临床意义。Objective To compare the different influences on the cornea endothelial cell of surgery methods between human cataract extraction and phacoemulsification. Methods 25 cataract patients （36 eyes） aged 55 to 84 undergoing extra capsula extraction and phacoemulsification combined with implanation ocular lens were analyzed in rate of endothelial cell and density within 2 weeks preoperatively and postoperatively. Resuits The rates reduced in varying degrees. Conclusions Understanding cornea endothelial cell before operation is clinically significant for evaluating cornea edema after surgery and taking essential measures.
