摘　　要：阐述黑龙江水系应用水翼艇、气垫船开辟高速客运航线，由引进到自行研制高速船的经验和体会，展望了今后的发展，并就加强完善高速船的经营管理、人员培训、维修保障系统提出措施．This paper sets forth the experiences in the development of the high-sped passengertransport courses in Helongjiang river syStem by using hydrofoil crafts and hovercrafts,givesa view of future development,and puts forward some opinions for improving business andmanagement,training stuffs and providing the services of repair and maintenance.
