结肠癌组织survivin表达的意义

摘　　要：目的:检测结肠癌组织中凋亡抑制蛋白survivin的表达,分析survivin与结肠癌临床特征的关系.方法:采用免疫组织化学技术检测46例结肠癌组织和癌旁结肠组织中survivin的表达.结果:46例结肠癌组织中survivin基因表达28例,癌旁结肠组织中无survivin基因的表达.Survivin的表达与结肠癌的发病年龄、性别、分化程度无关(P>0.05),而与结肠癌的转移有关联性(P<0.05).结论:在结肠癌中sur-vivin的表达能促进结肠癌的发生发展和转移.AIM： To investigate the expression of survivin and its relationship with the clinieal featrre of colon carcinoma. METHODS： In 46 specimens of colon carcinoma and adjacent non-cancerous colon tissues, the expression of survivin was detected by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS;of the 46 cases of colon carcinoma. 28 cases expressed survivin but survivin was not detected in adjacent noncancer ous colon tissues. The expression of survivin in colon carcinoma was not associated with the patients＇age. gender and differentiated level （P〉0.05）. but with the metastasis of colon carcinoma （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： The high expression of survivin in colon carcinoma suggests that it plays an important role in the development and metastasis of colon carcinoma.
