摘　　要：目的 探讨抑癌基因PTEN在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中的定量表达，平阳霉素化疗对该基因表达的作用。方法收集1999～2002年口腔鳞状细胞癌石蜡包埋组织88例，分化疗组44例，未化疗组44例。化疗组为术前3天用平阳霉素48毫克。选择28例正常口腔粘膜组织作为对照组。应用流式细胞术定量分析技术研究PTEN在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的定量表达。结果PTEN在正常粘膜组FI值为1．0±0．03，平阳霉素化疗组FI值为0．8±0．06，未化疗组FI值为0．68±0．03。各组之间FI值均有显著性差异。结论PTEN在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中呈低表达，平阳霉素化疗使其含量上升。Objective To study the quantitative expression of anti-oncogene PTEN in oral squamous cell carcinoma and effect of pingyangrnycin on expression of PTEN. Methods Eighty-eight cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma（SCC） embed by paraffin wax from 1999 to 2002, were divide into two groups, 44 cases of preoperative chemotherapy group and 44 cases of preoperative unchemotherapy group . Three days before the operation 48 mg bleomycin were applied in the preoperative chemotherapy group. 28 cases of normal oral mucosa controls were included in this study. The quantitative expression of PTEN in oral squamous cell carinoma were analyzed, by flow cytometry technique between three groups. Results Expression of PTEN （FI） in normal oral mucosa was 1.0±0.03, FI in chemotherapy group was 0.8 ±0.06, FI in unchemotherapy group was 0.68±0.03. The difference between three groups was significant. Statistically. Conclusion Expression of PTEN in oral squamous carcinoma tissue, is lower than normal mucous group. Bleomycin chemotherapy make it increase.
