摘 要:目的探讨c-erbB-2、MTA1及E-cadherin蛋白在贲门癌组织中的表达与肿瘤生物学行为的相关性,以及它们三者之间的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学方法对60例贲门癌组织和18例癌旁组织中c-erbB-2、MTA1及E-cadherin蛋白的表达情况进行检测。结果c-erbB-2的表达与贲门癌的浸润、转移呈正相关,与分化程度呈负相关(P<0.05)。MTA1的表达与贲门癌的浸润深度无显著相关性,与贲门癌的淋巴结转移呈正相关,与分化程度呈负相关(P<0.05)。E-cadherin的表达与贲门癌的浸润深度、转移呈负相关(P<0.05),与分化程度无关。Spearman等级相关分析显示,c-erbB-2与MTA1的表达呈显著正相关(rs=0.276,P<0.05),MTA1与E-cadherin的表达呈负相关(rs=-0.293,P<0.05)。结论c-erbB-2与MTA1的高表达及E-cadherin的表达减少可能是促进贲门癌浸润和转移的重要因素。Objective To investigate the expression of c-erbB-2, MTA1 and E-cadherin and relationship between the expression of these proteins and the tumor biological behavior, as well as relationship between these proteins in gastric cardia cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of c-erbB-2, MTA1 and E-cadherin among 60 gastric cardia cancer samples and 18 cases of adjacent mucosa tissue. Results c-erbB-2 over-expression was positively correlated with the depth of invasion, lymphatic metastasis and was inversely correlated with the cancer differentiation (P(0.05). MTA1 over-expression was not associated with the depth of cancer invasion, and was significantly positively correlated with lymphatic metastasis, inversely correlated with the differentiation level(P(0.05). E-cadherin low-expression was inversely correlated with the depth of invasion, lymphatic metastasis, and was not associated with the differentiation level (P〈0. 05). By using the Spearman Correlation test to analyze the data,there was a positive correlation between MTA1 and c-erbB-2 expression, (rs = 0. 276, P〈0.05). And an inverse correlation between MTA1 and E-cadherin expression, (rs = -0. 293, P〈 0.05). Conclusion Over-expression of c-erbB-2, MTA1 and low-expression of E-cadherin may play an important role in invasion and metastasis of gastric cardia cancer.
