压低辅弓矫治高角型Ⅱ类错的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察压低辅弓对高角型Ⅱ类错牙合矫治的机制及临床疗效。方法:采用压低辅弓打开高角型Ⅱ类错牙合病例的咬合,通过X线头影测量分析矫治前后的变化。结果:ANB、U1-PP和OB分别平均减小了2.55mm2、.19 mm和2.45 mm。结论:压低辅弓可有效实现切牙压低,使高角型Ⅱ类错牙合深覆牙合明显改善。Objective：To study the mechanics of class Ⅱ with overbite and evaluate the effects of intrusive arch in high angle patients. Method： 16 patient with overbite and high angle were selected and treated with intrusive arch, Their cephalometry radiographs were measured and analysed. Result： The angle of ANB and overbite decreased by average 2, 55 mm and 2.45 mm respectively. The distances of upper control incisor to palatal plane changed from 33.28 mm to 32.09 mm. Conclusion： It suggest that intrusive arch can effectively improve the deep overbite in class Ⅱ 15atients with high angle.
