提上睑肌缩短术矫治先天性上睑下垂临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探索采用提上睑肌缩短术如何提高上睑下垂的治疗效果。方法:对147例(182眼)先天性上睑下垂患者采用经皮肤-睑结膜入路提上睑肌缩短术进行治疗。结果:本组共治147例182眼。其中126例经3月～11年随访,术后满意101例,基本满意19例,矫治不足4例,过矫2例。结论:综合相关因素确定提上睑肌缩短量,术中注意提上睑肌瓣的解剖和处理,掌握手术操作要点,有助于在功能和外形上取得满意效果。Objective To investigate the operation method of shortening palpabralis,improve the results of congenital blepharoptosis. Methods We applied shortening palpabralis via an incision made in up-eyelid skin on 147 cases（182eyes）. Results 147cases（182eyes）were treated by this method. After following up of 126 cases from 3 months to 11 years,101 cases had gained satisfactory effects, 19 cases were basically satisfied,4 cases were not treated adequately,2 cases were over treated. Conclusion In order to achieve satisfactory effect on function and shape,we should synthetize the concerned factors to confirm the quantity of shortening,notice the dissection of levator muscle of upper eyelid flap during the operation and master the main point of operation.
