摘　　要：目的:探讨血小板活化因子乙酰水解酶基因(Ile198Thr)突变与银屑病的关系。方法:对50例银屑病患者及50例健康对照者,分别用聚合酶链反应技术(PCR)及测序分析基因组DNA的突变等位基因。结果:银屑病组突变率与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:血小板活化因子乙酰水解酶基因(Ile198Thr)突变与银屑病无相关性,其突变可能与银屑病的发病无关。Objective： To investigate the correlation between the mutation of platelet- activating factor （PAF） acetylhydrolase gene and psoriasis. Methods： Genomic DNA was analyzed for the mutation allele in 50 patients with psoriasis and 50 healthy controls by the polymerase - chain reaction. Results： The rate of the gene mutation in patients with psoriasis is not singal higher than that in the controls（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： The rate of mutation of platelet - activating factor （PAF） acetylhydrolase gene is not related to psoriasis, the gene mutation may be not a genetic risk factor for psoriasis.
