摘  要:目的为经筛窦行视神经管减压等手术的开展提供解剖学依据。方法对100个颅骨用大体解剖学及显微解剖学技术进行了详细的观察、测量和统计分析。结果后筛房可分为后筛窦型、最后筛窦型、混合型3类。后筛房向上外可扩展至视神经管上壁,形成视神经上隐窝者占26·94%±20.43%.蝶上筛房的出现率为25.50%±2.12%.筛孔可分为筛前、筛中及筛后3种孔,根据此3种孔出现情况的组合不同,又可以分为筛前后孔型、筛前中后孔型及筛中孔型3种类型。结论筛窦变异类型较多,经筛窦行视神经管减压等手术应熟悉筛窦区的结构特征。Objective To provide the anatomic data for the decompression of optic canal through ethmoidal sinus. Methods The related anatomic structures were observed by the gross anatomic and microscopical anatomic techniques in 100 skulls. Results Posterior ethmoidal cellules could be divided into three types: posterior ethmoidal sinus type, posteriomost ethmoidal sinus type and mixed type. Posterior ethmoidal cellules could extend to the superior wall of optic canal and formed the superior recess of the optic nerve (26.94%±20.43% ). The frequency rate of the ethmoidal cellules above sphenoid was 25.50%±2.12%. Ethmoidal foramen could be divided into anterior-ethmoidal, mid-ethmoidal and posterior-ethmoidal foramen. According to the different foramens, they could be divided three types: anterior-posterior, anterior-mid-posterior and middle ethmoidal foramen. Conclusion There are many variations in the types of ehtmoidal sinus so the structural features in this area should be know exactly during the decompression of optic canal through ethmoidal sinus.
