摘 要:在密封或通气条件下,研究了培养基中加入适量硝酸银对马铃薯品种东农303和兰芽试管苗与试管薯的影响.结果表明,硝酸银处理后苗高下降,而试管苗的根长和叶面积显著增加.叶面积在封闭和通气条件下分别增加了5倍和3倍.通气条件下生长的试管苗,茎叶失水率比密封条件下显著减少,而苗长和叶面积有一定程度的增加.马铃薯品种东农303和兰芽分别在7.5和2.5 mg?L-1浓度硝酸银处理下,试管薯鲜重和大薯百分率显著提高.This study investigated the effect of AgNO3 on the in vitro shoot growth and tuberization in the closed and diffusive conditions of two potato (Solanum tuberosum L. ) cultivars. After treated with AgNO3 , the shoot length decreased while the root length and leaf area increased. The leaf area increased 5 and 3 fold in the closed and diffusive conditions, respectively. The water loss was significantly less in diffusive condition than in closed one, while the leaf area and shoot length increased to some extent. The application of both 7.5 and 2.5 mg. L^-1 AgNO3 significantly increased the microtuber fresh weight and percentage of big microtubers for potato cultivars Dong-Nong 303 and Lanya.
